Yes. Every Stella Doll, regardless of the body material you choose, comes with our signature Platinum Silicone Head. This ensures your doll always has the most lifelike facial expressions, durable makeup, and realistic eyes that won't degrade like cheaper TPE heads.

Stella Dolls Studio focuses on limited designs and controlled production.
Instead of releasing dozens of variations, we refine a small number of models to ensure consistency, quality control, and a cohesive design language.

Our customization options are intentionally curated to focus on features that meaningfully impact structure, usability, and long-term experience.

Elements such as hairstyle, skin tone, eye color, and makeup are carefully designed by our team as part of each character’s complete visual identity, and are not offered as separate customization options.

This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, aesthetic balance, and the experience we intend for each design.

From production to delivery, the process typically takes a few weeks, depending on destination and logistics conditions.

We provide door-to-door delivery with discreet packaging. Your doll is shipped in a completely plain, sturdy cardboard box with no mention of "Stella Dolls" or "Sex Doll" on the label. The sender will be listed as "Stella Metrix Technology" (our parent company) or simply "Home Decor," and the package is 100% discreet.

Shipping, handling, and customs clearance are managed by default.

Even with a standing option, long-term unsupported standing is not recommended, as it may place stress on the feet and internal structure. For best results, use wall support or a stand when posing.

Each doll is made to order and may include selected customization options. Once production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned.
