Thank you for shopping with Stella Dolls Studio. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

Most of our items are carefully crafted and may be made to order. Production and preparation time typically takes several weeks, depending on the design, customization level, and production schedule.

Estimated processing times will be confirmed before finalising the order.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship internationally using established logistics partners and carriers. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order, shipping may be handled via:

  • International courier services
  • Air freight or sea freight arrangements
  • Local delivery partners in the destination country

The specific shipping method will be selected based on safety, reliability, and destination requirements.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping to the customer’s delivery address is included in the product price under normal circumstances. Stella Dolls Studio arranges international transportation and standard customs clearance as part of our service.

In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional shipping or import-related charges upon delivery.

However, in certain situations — such as remote area delivery, special local handling requirements, address changes after dispatch, or unexpected customs procedures — additional fees may apply. If this occurs, we will contact the customer in advance to confirm and agree on any extra charges before proceeding.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time consists of two parts:

  1. Production time (see Section 1)
  2. Transit time, which typically ranges from 7–20 business days depending on destination and shipping method

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once the shipment has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not be available in all regions or at every stage of transit.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Stella Dolls Studio is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.

7. Risk of Loss and Damage

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

We carefully package all items to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should:

  1. Document the damage with photos immediately
  2. Notify the carrier as soon as possible
  3. Contact us with the relevant details

We will assist in reasonable claims related to shipping damage but are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling beyond our control.

8. Shipping Restrictions and Sanctions Compliance

Stella Dolls Studio complies with applicable international trade laws, sanctions regulations, and payment provider requirements.

As a result, we are unable to process or ship orders to certain countries or regions that are subject to international sanctions, trade restrictions, or payment network limitations. This may include, but is not limited to, Islamic destinations such as:

  • Afghanistan
  • Pakistan
  • Jordan
  • Libya
  • Kosovo
  • Iraq
  • Iran, etc

Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted regions will be cancelled and fully refunded.

We appreciate your understanding that these limitations are based on regulatory and compliance requirements rather than customer preference.
